With the recent release of SAP HANA SPS09, the complex event processing (CEP) capabilities of SAP Event Stream Processor are now available as an integrated capability within the SAP HANA Platform. We've produced a set of tutorials on smart data streaming in the SAP HANA Academy, and while most of them are aimed at developers building applications using this technology, there are two high level videos that I wanted to draw your attention to, as they provide an overview of what this technology can be used for, and a demo of the technology in action.
